Ha, that’s great. If you go back all the way to the post before he was born about his room: Carter’s Room is ready to go you can see that he already has one of the uglydolls in that photo. I put the ‘moon in my room’ on my Amazon list for him, that looks sweet. If being interested in astronomy is genetic, he will have gotten that one from me. (I keep telling Amber that if we move somewhere without light pollution we’ll have to budget for a really kicking telescope.)
I think his room is geeky enough for now — he also has a painting of Totoro in a cool abstract style that I found on Ebay. But hey, he’s only 22 days old ….
Andrew has the moon in my room. I just read (maybe on GeekDad as well) about a guy who hacked it so he could program it with his computer to be right on target with the right phase of the moon.
